Why work for us?

The hard work and commitment of each one of our staff, and the pride they take in caring for our patients, is what makes Derby Teaching Hospitals a great place to work. We believe in recognising our employees and appreciating their contributions.

In our local staff opinion survey, 87% of our staff said they feel proud to work for the Trust. The Trust was also ranked in the top 20% of acute trusts in the National NHS Staff survey 2014 for staff recommending the Trust as a place to work or receive treatment.
