Our Therapists provide specialised assessments and treatment coupled with patient and carer support to help patients maximise their recovery. Realistic treatment goals are set together with patients and carers in order to facilitate a safe discharge to either their home or for further rehabilitation.
Therapists have close links with community services to ensure patients receive the appropriate on-going Physiotherapy they require on discharge from the ward.
Our Occupational Therapists help people of all ages who have physical, mental or social problems as a result of accident, illness or ageing, to do the things they want to do.
